Refund policy

This policy summarizes the refund and cancellation terms for The VO2 Cup. The Official Rules, Rev A control if this summary and the complete rules conflict.

Additional full refunds

We will also issue a full refund if:

• the Sponsor cancels the competition;
• the approved testing provider refuses to test the participant for a genuine medical or safety reason not caused by dishonesty, noncompliance, or misconduct; or
• applicable law requires a refund.

After the applicable deadline

Except where required by law or expressly stated above, no refund is required for voluntary withdrawal, loss of interest, insufficient training, a missed or invalid test, participant-caused inability to attend, or removal for serious misconduct.

Cancellation before testing

The Sponsor may cancel before official testing if enrollment, funding, testing capacity, safety, legal requirements, force majeure, or other operational conditions make the competition impracticable. If the Sponsor cancels, paid entry fees will be refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email pablo@meaning.co from the address used to enroll. Include the participant's name and payment receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider or bank.
